This Month's Lessons

December 2017

This month, instead of our usual Joy of the Gospel lessons, we offer you a complete mini-unit for the season of Advent! That's five full lessons in the style of our new Spirit of Truth K-8 curriculum to help you teach your students about Advent!

November 2017

This month, students will explore what various saints say about the virtue of humility, consider how to be prepared for the Kingdom of God, contemplate how they use the gifts God has given them, and reflect on if they recognize Jesus in the needy.

October 2017

This month, students will contemplate how to act faithfully toward God, meditate on ways their lives can bear fruit, consider how to respond to their invitation to the Kingdom, reflect on virtuous citizenship, and explore the meaning of love.

September 2017

As the school year begins, your students will consider if the things in their life lead them to God, how to charitably give fraternal correction, contemplate sacred art, and reflect on envy and the importance of putting others before themselves.

June 2017

As the school year comes to a close, your students will prepare for Summer by reflecting on the help of the Holy Spirit, memorizing Scripture, creating a plan for carrying out works of mercy, and considering ways they can be witnesses of Christ.
