Lesson Overview

Based on the Sunday Gospel readings in October 2015, each free eLesson offers a variety of hands-on, easily adaptable activities to bring Scripture to life. By using these resources, your students will:

Learn about the Church’s teaching about marriage and be introduced to Theology of the Body. (Mark 10:2-16)

Contrast messages from our culture about what is important in life with Jesus’ teaching.  (Mark 10:17-30)

Read and analyze several Bible verses and apply them to Jesus' teaching on discipleship. (Mark 10:35-45)

View, analyze, and reflect on sacred art to highlight ways students can take a stand for what is right as an invitation to follow Jesus.  (Mark 10:46-52)
