Please fill out the form and submit in order to request a certificate for participation in an episode.
Please note: Beginning February 1, 2022 there will be a $5 processing fee for certificates. Please call 1-800-888-9344 or 1-603-641-9344 once you have filled out the below form in order to pay and have your certificate processed and sent. Certificates will still continue to only be processed and sent out on the 1st and 15th of every month (or the next business day if the 1st or 15th or on a weekend) Certificates will only be sent to people who have called and paid their processing fees.
